Practical, scenario-based self-defense in a trauma-informed space. Girls learn to use their voice, their stance, and their instincts.

Tools for anxiety, focus, and recovery from overwhelm — taught by licensed practitioners.

Each member is matched with a vetted mentor for guidance, college prep, and life conversations.

Group Circles

Small, facilitated peer groups where the rule is honesty and the goal is belonging.
